I've always been fascinated by process. Two processes that continue to fascinate me: how companies grow; and human persuasion.

I walked into a class in college, Reasoning, Logic & Persuasion, and walked out like you walk out of the theater after Star Wars, or The Matrix. Really, the class just blew my mind. The area of study became my major and I've never stopped being a student of human persuasion (Which, by the way, isn't a bad definition of marketing, at least marketing at its best).

I then became fascinated by how companies grow during my years at IBM and continue to be a student of that process today.

Combine the two and here I am.
